Y&R Builds Up Shopper Marketing Services in Latin America

With 80 percent of purchase decisions being made at the point of sale – network offerings of shopper marketing services has never been more critical.

In order to take a lead on integrating this advertising segment into daily business – especially in the Hispanic retail market – Y&R is expanding its shopper marketing agency, Labstore, across Latin America.

By the end of the year, new offices for Labstore will be fully operational in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Puerto Rico, and will work hand-in-hand with the Latin America network of Y&R Advertising. The service already exists in some regions within Latin America, such as Y&R Retail in Chile; however, the market expansion under the Labstore brand aims to integrate and consolidate the offering.
